On Saturday (Feb 21st), folks in the Metropolitan Atlanta Community will dig deep in their closets and pull out shoes that are too small, too big, too tight or just not right and donate them for poverty stricken, orphaned kids who don’t have shoes in Haiti and the Dominican Republic.
This is a wonderful way to make a real difference in the lives of kids who desperately need our help! 15% of kids in rural Haiti cannot attend school because they don’t have shoes. They also are at higher risk of contracting illnesses and diseases.
Donating your used shoes is an awesome way to HELP THESE KIDS IN NEED, RECYCLE those USED SHOES and keep them from piling up in a landfill or in the back of your closet!
WHEN: SATURDAY,FEB 21ST
TIME:9am to 4pm
WHERE: Kroger in the Rivermont Station Shopping Ctr., 8465 Holcomb Bridge Road, Alpharetta GA 30022
